1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Northrise (“Northrise”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with this website and business enquiries.

3. What data we collect

  • Data you provide: name, email address, company name and message content when you contact us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and request timestamps, processed automatically by our hosting provider in server logs.

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Contact form messages are delivered to our mailbox by email and retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

  • Maintaining the security, availability and integrity of the website
  • Complying with accounting and other legal obligations

We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts and operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), on the basis of performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps where applicable (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data. We use a limited number of service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

  • Accounting and administrative services

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

7. Retention

  • Enquiry and correspondence data: retained for up to 24 months from our last contact, unless a business relationship requires longer retention.
  • Server log data: retained for up to 12 months.
  • Data subject to statutory obligations: retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure or restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability where applicable.
